Her presentation focused on practicing family law in an evolving COVID world with a focus on the recent case law of which practitioners need to be aware.
Topics that Katherine covered included Parenting and COVID, Vaccination Status of Parents and Parenting Time, and Vaccinating Children. Attendees included lawyers, law arbitrators, family law mediators, government officials and employees engaged in family matters, and family service providers.
