Jenny Lin

Biography

Jenny has extensive experience and assists clients in a broad spectrum of family matters, including drafting parenting and family agreements, negotiating and mediating settlements, and navigating complex jurisdictional issues. Jenny has represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

Jenny is also passionate about wealth preservation. She offers comprehensive support in family estate planning, catering to both simple and complex needs. She guides clients through personal estate and incapacity planning, preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts, and more.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia and obtained her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2017. Jenny is also a member of the  Federation of Asian Canadian-Lawyers. She is fluent in Mandarin and knowledgeable in Cantonese, bringing linguistic versatility to her practice.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Jenny enjoys staying active with tennis and pilates, and indulges in a good book on her downtime. When time permits, Jenny often embarks on adventures around the globe, feeding her passion for travelling.
