We are seeking an experienced solicitor with an established practice to join our firm.
About the Role
North Shore Law LLP is currently seeking a solicitor with 7+ years of experience and a full practice. This role is ideal for a lawyer who values autonomy, client relationships, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative firm environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills, along with an understanding of the importance of networking and business development.

Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of solicitor or related legal experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow a legal practice
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience, with expected earnings ranging from $125,000 to $185,000+, based on a fee-split structure.
