We’re proud to share that Rabjeet “RJ” Wallia, associate at North Shore Law LLP, has been elected Chair of the Board of Governors at Capilano University, effective July 2025.
RJ has served as Vice-Chair since July 2023, demonstrating strong leadership and dedication to the university’s mission. Capilano University is a cornerstone institution on the North Shore, and RJ’s appointment reflects both his personal dedication and North Shore Law’s broader commitment to supporting our local community. With deep roots in the region, RJ has consistently worked to advance education, access to justice, and public service on the North Shore and beyond.
As Chair, RJ will lead Capilano University’s Board in guiding strategic oversight, governance, and stewarding institutional investments and policies. A respected litigator and community advocate, he brings extensive experience in governance and legal affairs to this role.
