We are seeking an intermediate associate lawyer to join our team, focusing on family law litigation with the opportunity to expand into estate litigation.
About the Role
North Shore Law LLP is currently seeking an associate with 4–6 years of family law litigation experience. Candidates with estate litigation experienceor a strong interest in developing a practice in this area will be highly regarded.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing files independently while collaborating within a supportive, team-oriented firm.

Experience & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of family law litigation experience
- Estate litigation experience considered an asset
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Ability to manage a full caseload and run files independently
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience, with expected earnings ranging from $125,000 to $185,000+, based on a fee-split structure.
