Biography

Rachel is a confident, trustworthy and dedicated advocate. She strives to analyze and understand your situation from both a legal and personal viewpoint. Rachel provides advice that is practical and strives to bring clients the results they deserve.

Rachel’s practice focuses on all areas of family law including separation, divorce, parenting, parenting plans, conduct and protection orders, child support, spousal support, variations to existing orders or agreements, preparation of cohabitation and marriage agreements, and resolving issues relating to property and debt division. Rachel seeks resolutions for clients through negotiation, court, and mediation. Rachel also assists clients with criminal and wills and estates matters.

Rachel completed her law degree at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, after completing her undergraduate degree in Sociology, with a minor in Women’s Studies at the University of Calgary. She joined North Shore Law LLP as an associate in 2022 after articling with the firm.

Rachel was born and raised on the North Shore, and from Rockridge Secondary School in West Vancouver. She is active outside of the office, and enjoys pilates, golf, hiking, and international travel.
