About the Role
North Shore Law is currently seeking an associate with 7+ years of experience as an employment lawyer. The ideal candidate brings a full practice and demonstrates strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.

Experience & Credentials
- 7+ years of experience in employment law
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB from an accredited institution
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience, with expected earnings ranging from $125,000 to $185,000+ based on a fee-split structure.

Work Environment & Flexibility
This position may be eligible for a remote work arrangement following an initial onboarding period.
