Pararin Rahmani advises individuals and businesses with respect to matters concerning corporate and commercial law, as well as estate planning and estate administration.
Pararin has experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and various other corporate proceedings. She commonly advises business owners on corporate governance issues and shareholder disputes.
Pararin also practices in the area of wealth preservation, and deals with both simple and complex family estate plans. She assists her clients with their personal estate and incapacity planning through the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, and Trusts. She also assists individuals in navigating the probate process and the ongoing administration of estates and trusts.
Pararin was called to the Bar of British Columbia and joined North Shore Law LLP as an associate in 2013, after completing her articles at a large downtown Vancouver firm.
Pararin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, and a law degree from the University of Victoria.
Prior to law school, Pararin worked in marketing and financial services. Relying on her business background, she takes an entrepreneurial approach to the practice of law, providing timely and practical advice to her clients.
Pararin has spent most of her life on the North Shore, and she enjoys practicing yoga, experimenting with international recipes, painting, and traveling in her spare time.
Pararin is fluent in Farsi (Persian), and conversant in Spanish.
