If you have been charged with a criminal offence, it is necessary to get experienced representation as soon as possible. Some matters are extremely time sensitive. If you have been charged with impaired driving and recieved a 90 day driving prohibition for instance, you have only 7 days in which to appeal it . This 90 day prohibition is in addition to any further driving prohibition the court may impose, should you be convicted.
