Nathan advises clients in the areas of employment law, civil litigation, and personal injury. He acts for employees and employers in a variety of workplace disputes, including wrongful termination and severance, resignation, constructive dismissal, illness and disability, professional regulation, human rights issues, negotiating and drafting employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and post-employment duties.
Nathan’s objective is to help his clients navigate the dispute-resolution process to achieve fair results in a variety of difficult circumstances. His goal is to empower his clients to resolve claims efficiently and quickly, without compromising their rights or leaving anything on the table.
Nathan was born on the North Shore and grew up in Lynn Valley. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a law degree from the University of British Columbia, prior to working in Toronto for three years. Nathan was called to the bar in Ontario in 2013 and British Columbia in 2015.
After moving back to North Vancouver in 2015, Nathan practiced civil litigation at another boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver, prior to joining North Shore Law as an associate in 2018.
Outside of the office, Nathan enjoys cooking, skiing, playing squash, and brewing beer.
