Gerald Green

Gerry obtained his law degree in 1972 from the University of Saskatchewan Law School and was called to the Bar in 1973.

He practises in most areas of litigation with an emphasis on family law and estates. He has appeared before all levels of court in the Province of British Columbia including extensive appellate practice before the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

He has been a lecturer for the Professional Legal Training Course and the Loss Prevention Seminar provided by the Law Society of B.C. and has presented papers and lectured at courses given by the Continuing Legal Education Society in a variety of areas of the law.

He is a past President of the North Shore Bar Association and a member of the Canadian and the International Bar Associations. Gerry currently acts as managing partner for the firm.
