Sheilagh Sparks joined the firm as an associate in September 2001. Ms. Sparks obtained her Bachelors degree in History from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1983 at the University of Ottawa, was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, and called to the British Columbia Bar in 1986.
In addition to her full-time law practice, Sheilagh is an accomplished pianist and is the accompanist for the Bowen Community Choir and the Penryhn Music Academy. Sheilagh restricts her practice to family law, including collaborative family law and family mediation.
