Howard Bradbrooke graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1971. He completed his articles in Vancouver and was called to the Bar in June 1972. Shortly thereafter, he started his legal career as a sole practitioner in North Vancouver. This practice gradually evolved into Bradbrooke Crawford Green LLP and ultimately North Shore Law LLP.
Howard has a long history of experience in civil litigation and mediation. He has acted for individuals and corporations. In his first ten years of practice, he practiced extensively in the areas of criminal and matrimonial law. For the past twenty years, his focus has been limited primarily to personal injury litigation. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
Howard was Commodore of the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club in 2008 and has many years of sailing experience, including both racing and cruising. He plays tennis and golf and is constantly struggling to maintain a satisfactory level of physical fitness. It helps him keep up with his five grandchildren.
For the past several months Howard has been retired from the practice of law and he and his wife have been on an open ended cruise on the beautiful waters of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez.
