Gerry obtained his law
degree in 1972 from the University of Saskatchewan Law School and
was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1973.
He currently restricts
his practice to family law and has appeared before all levels of
court in the Province of British Columbia including extensive appellate
practice before the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
For many years,
he has lectured for the Professional Legal Training Course provided
by the Law Society of B.C. and has presented papers and lectured
at courses given by the Continuing Legal Education Society in a variety
of areas of the law. He is a past President of the North Shore Bar
Association and a member of the Canadian and the International Bar
Associations. Gerry has been the firm’s Managing Partner
since 2002.
