Christopher Doll

Chris represents clients with diverse interests, in all levels of court and in less formal proceedings such as arbitrations and mediations. Personal injury, contractual and insurance claims have been a large part of Chris' practice since he joined North Shore Law in 1990.

Chris is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (B.A. Psychology 1986) and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University (L.L.B. 1989). After completing his education he spent one year as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and then came to North Shore Law to start in private practice. Since then, Chris has been an active member of the North Shore community. He was a Director of North Shore Bar Association from 1994 - 2002 and served as President from 1999 to 2002. He is a long time member of the Lower Lonsdale Business Association and served as President from 1995 - 1999. Chris was first elected as a Director of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce in 2005, and served as Board Chair in 2009/2010. He is a member of the Vancouver Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Medical Legal Association of BC, Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC.

An avid traveler, Chris is interested in issues related to international relations and Human Rights. He is a member of Lawyers Rights Watch and of the Canadian section of the International Commission of Jurists. In 1990, Chris helped to establish a branch of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Canada and is proud to remain a member of that organization.
